The Phad Pong crab curry is still one of our customer's favourites at the Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant Bangkok ! Of course we want you to be able to enjoy the restaurant flavours at home, so all you need is this stir-fry curry sauce.

Coconut cream 35.9%, Water 13.2%, Fully refined soybean oil 10.0%, Garlic 9.2%, Sugar 7.7%, Soy sauce (soybean, wheat flour(gluten), salt, sugar) 6.0%, Tamarind paste (tamarind, water) 5.2%, Coriander 3.2%, Curry powder (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, wheat flour(gluten), salt, cumin, fennel, mustard, chili, white pepper powder) 3.1%, Lemongrass 1.5%, Shallot 1.5%, Salt 1.1%, Galangal 0.6%, Turmeric 0.6%, Kaffir lime 0.3%, Dried red chili 0.3%, Spice (curry powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder, turmeric powder, bay leaves, nutmeg powder) 0.3%, White pepper powder 0.2, Cumin powder 0.1%.




Contains soybean, mustard, wheat and gluten. Manufactured in a facility that processes sesame and peanuts.


Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 1 week.
